"Before I started working with Taylor I was literally at the beginning of my coaching journey. I had a lot of information and I wanted the space to integrate the teachings and learn how I can make it my own. I was heavily focusing on wanting immediate results and because I was leaning too much into already being at my "peak" that I wasn't embracing the process that comes with it.
