The flow of the week:
🌴 Arrival Day – Coming Home to Her: December 12th
You arrive in Costa Rica, and as soon as you do there's a deep, soul level exhale that's saying 'you're here, welcome home'
Its the beginning of a home coming, reclimation and remembering of who you truly are.
The shuttle arrives to pick you up from the airport, and you make your way through the gorgeous jungle to land in the villa.
Upon arriving, you're greeted by me - reflecting back to you how powerful, brave and strong you are for choosing yourself and saying yes to this journey.
You're about to embark on the journey of a lifetime.
We close the evening in a circle, deep in sisterhood, hearts wide open to the possibilities that lay ahead of us.
🌸 Day One — Softening the Heart: December 13th
Experiences: Sisterhood + Psilocybin & Heart Opening Ceremony
As you wake up in the morning, to the sound of the birds outside, you have the space to take your time, there is no rush, there is no where to be but here...
And you know, you feel it, in the present moment, anything is possible. You've entered into a portal, where the opportunities available to you are beyond the mind, it's the soul leading you.
You use the freedom of your morning to follow and find your own flow. Whether you're drawn to pull oracle cards, stretch on the yoga deck, take a dip in the pool or drop in with a new sister... You are letting your energy lead you, and life is reflecting back to you how beautiful and powerful you have always been.
We have breakfast together before preparing to drop into our first experience together. We gather in circle and celebration, while preparing your body for the breakthroughs that are about to happen.
When we enter into the medicine space, you feel so seen, so held, so supported and so ready. You know that on a soul level that something deep is about to shift, but you're prepared for it.
Everything that arises is everything you needed and more. The magic, the tears, the joy, the letting go, the feeling, the healing -- all of it is part of the greater ceremony of your life, and everything just starts to make sense.
We end the evening with a nourishing, grounding dinner and gentle movement before going to sleep.
🌴 Day Two— Relaxing into receiving: December 14th
Experiences: Jungle Adventure, Sensual Embodiment Journeys, Massages + Sisterhood Connection
You wake up feeling different, on a soul level something powerful has shifted. Your body feels lighter, more open, more trusting, like it isn't holding all of the energetic weight you previously were.
You have the freedom to be fully immersed in the flow of your feminine. You're remembering what it's like to live fully embodied in your womanhood. Receiving, relaxing, creating, connecting...
You're calibrating to a new reality, the one where it isn't about stressing, striving, pushing and grinding... But about self love, self care and soul leadership.
So much magic comes from here. We spend the day exploring, expressing, embodying who it is we're becoming..
The conversations are inspiring, the coaching is next level, and everything is landing on a cellular level. You see the beauty around you as a reflection of the beauty you have always had inside of you.
☀️ Day Three— Awakening Aliveness: December 15th
Experience: Sensual Embodiment, Twerkshop, Sisterhood & Heart-Opening Ceremony
As the week unfolds, you dropped the weight you didn’t realize you were carrying, and realize that this is more than a retreat... It’s a homecoming.
As the day unfolds, you're guided through gentle grounding practices and sensual embodiment experiences, you begin to feel your body exhale, let go and open up. You feel free being YOU, in ways you've never experienced before.
And as you enter the sacred space of the second ceremony — a guided journey with breath, sound, medicine and prayer that melts the walls around your heart.
As the heart medicine begins to flow, you feel your heart expand — like the walls you built around it are finally safe to dissolve.
You feel yourself soften into the arms of the Divine, remembering that being open is safe.
You finally see yourself from a new perspective — beyond the pressure, the shame, the past...
You forgive the parts of you that once felt unworthy of love.
You remember that your softness is sacred.
You feel waves of emotion — laughter, tears, gratitude — all moving through you like a cleansing rain.
You realize love was never something to find or earn; it was always who you are beneath the noise.
By the end of the evening, you feel light, open, free -- with a deep sense of peace where there was once armor.
Your body hums with a quiet knowing... This is what it feels like to be free to be me.
🌊 Day Four — Embodying HER: December 16th
Experience: Sensual Self Expression, Content Creation + Higher Self Calibration
This morning, you rise differently... Steady, alive, glowing from within.
Through movement, breath, and sound, you anchor everything you’ve reclaimed. You feel your strength and softness coexist in harmony. You no longer have to choose between being powerful and being feminine, being successful or being loved — you are both.
In the afternoon, you’re guided through a Higher Self calibration — an embodied activation into your next level of leadership and expression. You see visions of the woman you came here to remember: radiant, magnetic, deeply trusting her inner guidance and you'll be capturing Her through a personal photoshoot.
We spend the day anchoring this in through exploration in the town, shopping, food, experiences of letting yourself LIVE as Her.
You no longer chase alignment. You embody it.
You no longer seek permission. You own your power. Imagine what you create today? The content? The offers? The relationships? ANYTHING is possible when you live as HER.
As the sun sets, you dress in something that makes you feel like your most radiant self. Over dinner and dance, you celebrate everything you’ve shed, everything you’ve claimed, everything you now are.
You look around at your sisters and feel the truth:
You are not the same woman who arrived.
🌞 Final Day — Rebirth & Return: December 17th
Your final morning is soft, full of love. You sip your coffee slowly, watching the sun rise over the jungle.
You sit in circle one last time, sharing what this week has awakened in you.
You're guided through workshops, practices and experiences that teaches you how to anchor everything you reclaimed in, how to embody your homecoming, and how to lead with your soul remembering.
You feel emotions arise as you feel such a deep sense of gratitude, growth and love coming from inside of you, the magic of life and the women surrounding you.
You feel the strength in your body, the peace in your heart, the light in your soul. You know this is just the beginning.
As you pack up your bags, and begin your journey home... You feel this knowing:
She’s always been here. You’ve always been Her. You’ve simply come home.
