🌴 Arrival Day – Coming Home to Her: December 12th

You arrive in Costa Rica and feel the warmth of the jungle air kiss your skin. The rhythm here is slower, softer, sweeter — like a deep exhale after years of holding your breath.

As you’re picked up from the airport an shuttled to the retreat oasis, you sense something stirring inside you. A knowing that you’re about to meet yourself in a new way — not through who you’ve been for others, but through who you truly are beneath it all. You're meeting new sisters on the way, dropping into deep - heart centered connection that makes you feel at home, truly like you belong here.

That evening, you gather in sisterhood, surrounded by the women you just met, maybe some you know. The cicle feels sacred, electric — women from all walks of life, all carrying the same silent prayer: to come home to themselves.

You feel your body soften, your heart begin to open, and your nervous system start to trust:

“I’m safe here. I don’t have to hold it all anymore.”

You go to sleep with a quiet smile, knowing something inside you has already begun to shift.

🌸 Day One — Softening the Heart: December 13th 

Experience: Somatic Strength, Sisterhood + Plant Medicine Ceremony 

You wake to the sound of the jungle and the scent of Costa Rican coffee drifting through the air. The sun is warm, golden, alive.

You pull cards, stretch, and breathe, letting your body lead you. Then, you gather for a feminine somatic strength session. You move in ways that make you feel powerful, grounded, and present. You feel your strength not as tension, but as energy — alive, sensual, flowing.

After a nourishing brunch, you step into the sacred medicine space for your second ceremony, a sacred medicine journey guided with intention, reverence, and deep support.

Here, you meet the parts of yourself that have been hidden, forgotten, or feared. You’re held through waves of emotion and revelation — unraveling old stories, touching divine truth, and remembering that love has always lived within you.

What rises isn’t always comfortable, but it’s true, and because of that - its liberating.

You feel old armor melting, tears releasing, and energy moving where it had been stuck for years.

You realize you don’t have to fight to feel free — you only need to allow.

After the ceremony, we gather as sisters to share our experiences - eat a grounding dinner and by the evening, you’re cracked open in the most beautiful way.

You’ve touched something ancient within you — your own aliveness.

🌴 Day Two— Relaxing into receiving: December 14th

 Experience: Jungle Adventure, Massages + Sisterhood Connection

Day two is about presence, play and pleasure. You're integrating the transformation that just took place and letting the expansion land within your nervous system as your new normal.

We explore the lush jungle, swim beneath a waterfall, and walk barefoot through the earth. You feel Her -- Mother Nature, The Divine,  reflecting your own depth of beauty back to you.

Today is a day of freedom. No expectations. No goals. Just presence. You have the freedom and spaciousness to relax by the pool, explore the jungle, get a deep tissue massage and receive integrative support from the facilitators.

You laugh with women who now feel like sisters. You catch yourself smiling at nothing at all, just because life feels good.

You realize integration doesn’t always mean sitting in stillness — sometimes it means dancing with the world.

You’re not processing anymore. You’re living.

That night, your body feels soft, open, nourished. You sense a quiet joy returning — the joy of being you.

 ☀️ Day Three— Awakening Aliveness: December 15th 

Experience: Sensual Embodiment, Sisterhood & Heart-Opening Ceremony 

You wake up with an aliveness within your heart. Knowing today is about to transform you, deeper than you’ve ever known.

The sounds of nature instantly slow your breath. You’re greeted with soft smiles, gentle eyes, and a sense that this is more than a retreat — it’s a homecoming.

As the day unfolds, you drop the weight you didn’t realize you were carrying. Through gentle grounding practices and embodied movement, you begin to feel your body exhale.

The evening comes, and you enter the sacred space of the heart-opening ceremony — a guided journey with breath, sound, medicine and prayer that melts the walls around your heart.

As the medicine of cacao and sisterhood begins to flow, you feel your heart expand — like the walls you built around it are finally safe to dissolve.

You feel yourself soften into the arms of the Divine, remembering that being open is safe. 

You see yourself with new eyes — tender, radiant, whole.

You forgive the parts of you that once felt unworthy of love.

You remember that your softness is sacred.

You feel waves of emotion — laughter, tears, gratitude — all moving through you like a cleansing rain.

You realize love was never something to find or earn; it was always who you are beneath the noise. 

By nightfall, you feel weightless, feeling a deep sense of peace where there was once armor. 

Your body hums with a quiet knowing: This is what it feels like to be free.

🌊 Day Four — Embodying HER: December 16th

 Experience: Sensual Self Expression, Content Creation + Higher Self Calibration

This morning, you rise differently... Steady, alive, glowing from within.

Through movement, breath, and sound, you anchor everything you’ve reclaimed. You feel your strength and softness coexist in harmony. You no longer have to choose between being powerful and being feminine — you are both.

In the afternoon, you’re guided through a Higher Self calibration — an embodied activation into your next level of leadership and expression. You see visions of the woman you came here to remember: radiant, magnetic, deeply trusting her inner guidance and you'll be capturing Her through a personal photoshoot. 

We spend the day anchoring this in through exploration in the town, shopping, food, experiences of letting yourself LIVE as Her.

You no longer chase alignment. You embody it.

You no longer seek permission. You own your power.

As the sun sets, you dress in something that makes you feel like your most radiant self. Over dinner and dance, you celebrate everything you’ve shed, everything you’ve claimed, everything you now are.

You look around at your sisters and feel the truth:

You are not the same woman who arrived.

🌞 Final Day — Rebirth & Return: December 17th

 Your final morning is soft, full of love. You sip your coffee slowly, watching the sun rise over the jungle.

You sit in circle one last time, sharing what this week has awakened in you. The tears that come aren’t from sadness, they’re from gratitude, growth and a deep love of you, the magic of life and the women surrounding you.

You feel the strength in your body, the peace in your heart, the light in your eyes. You know this isn’t an ending, it’s just the beginning.

As you drive away, the jungle feels like it’s breathing with you, whispering:

She’s always been here. You’ve always been Her. You’ve simply come home.
